Whatever the season, you should always be prepared for rain when you visit the Lake District. The saying goes: “there’s no such thing as bad weather, just unsuitable clothing”. However, if you haven’t come prepared or just don’t fancy getting wet, this list of things to do in the Lake District when it rains will be right up your street.
